Three chances to Pie Class

It’s time to get a ticket to my annual pie baking class! Once again my co-teacher is my friend, editor and fellow pie fanatic Keia Mastrianni, owner and baker at Milk Glass Pie. For the first time ever, we are not only teaching one class, but three.

  1. The first class is on November 9 from 1-3pm in East Nashville near Cornelia Fort Airpark. Tickets are $45. If you’re a little short on time or money, this class is for you. Keia and I will do a pie demo and answer all your questions about pie while you eat a slice, then you’ll make pie dough to take home. We’ll email you some of our favorite recipes and notes about everything we talked about in class. 11 tickets are available + two scholarship tickets. If you would like to apply for a scholarship ticket, please email keiaishungry[at] with a short note about you and why you’d like to attend the class.

  2. The second class is on November 10 from 10am-1pm at beautiful Bloomsbury Farm. Tickets are $125 and it’s a little bit more of an immersive workshop. We’ll make mini pies, bake them off and eat them with a full brunch and a drink or two, make pie dough to take home and send you on your way with little goodie bags.

  3. The third class is on November 10 from 3pm-6pm at beautiful Bloomsbury Farm. It’s exactly the same as the second class, only we’ll eat dinner together instead of brunch.
